The world is awash with graphite.
There are several different grades of graphite, with grades ranging from a coarse powdery layer of graphites to a fine, fine-grained graphite with a layer of fine-grain minerals.

There will also be a number more complications that people may have to deal with, such the possibility of dental infection, the possibility that the implant may crack, and the possibility for people to experience swelling in their jaw.
These complications could also affect the ability to get a good implant, as the implant can potentially break, and there is a possibility that it will fail.
However a large majority of people will eventually get a gel implant, and some of these patients will experience a period of time where they cannot wear the implant because of the complications.
In this case, the risk of a denture or other dental device breaking due to complications is lessened because the gel filler is in place.
